In 2020, when workplace burnout, especially in the healthcare industry was at an all-time high, I was brought on to lead strategy and market research for a pre-seed start-up, BrightPath, launching their first product: Joona. I leveraged my behavioral science and narrative medicine background to develop a new consumer-facing health-tech app with a team of entrepreneurs, medical professionals, and data scientists.
