Developing a dynamic brand and product strategy for a pre-seed physical therapy start-up

Collaborated with a tech and data science leader on 0-1 product innovation and brand strategy for an emerging tool in the physical therapy space. The company (temporarily called "Spring Athletics") sought to further understand the market for a text-based physical therapy alternative, supported by AI. I provided end-to-end creative and strategic direction including brand identity, UX research, product design, market research, and financial modeling.

The product is still in development.
